I am unable to post in old forum as marketplace rolls out so I am posting this here. MODS Please move to appropriate place. C7ZR1MIKE IS A SCAMMER. Attempting to sell me an HP TUNERS PRO WITH 8 CREDITS FOR $300 SHIPPED. I asked for pics as a test. He claims he is a pilot and is flying but his wife can ship the unit new in box. He is new to the forum as of 8/2/18. No posts but looks like he has looked thought the marketplace and may have contacted others as well. Heads up all.

LsI have ls from 06 gto. 12k miles perfect condition. Car was never crashed. Complete with computer harness front drive flywheel etc. $4000
thats what he sent to me. I told him in response I refused to even consider 0 posts and just registered

He contacted me about my wanted post for katech valve covers. I also realized he was trying to scam. He kept insisting sending PayPal friends and family. What tipped me off is that the picture he sent me saying that he just took it I found it on google images used in a post back in 2011

I Just received a very similar things from user Ls1.km. I believe this is a scammer as well. Sent me a PM with the exact same wording as my wanted add title. Provided a phones number but I am sure it’s simply an app to disguise the users identity! Everyone has to be aware of scammers now, it’s doesn’t appear to be getting any better in todasy age.

Wastes of skin like him normally throw up some sort of red flag. Buying and selling online can be tricky, but scams can be avoided by watching closely what these ********* do. That being said, would be nice to see someone curb stomp him

I had a guy respnd to wanted ad I put out for an LT1 WS6 hood. He sent me pics and we made the deal but before I sent the money I asked him to send me a pic with a current newspaper or soemthign on it. The guy got irrate, like I was insulting him. That was my first run in, learned alot.
They have exactly what you need, offer it at discounted price, send pics from God knows where etc.
