Speeding Ticket Question
If it is great, if not i have a family lawyer who gets me off speedign tickets no problem. But this one is kinda bad
Unless he accidentally puts a different county, or something like that I think they're mostly overlooked. And pending the severity, they may try to make it stick harder.
But I'm not a LEO, I'm just a lowly little parts guy. Maybe you'll get lucky??

As for the question, they don't care about that enough to drop it. Just request supervision.
The ticket says i was speeding ob 25th Ave and wrote down speed limit of 40. Well i was on River Rd Not on 25th Ave, and btw the speed limit on 25th is 30..
So she is all fugged up. I am going to ask my lawyer
Your simple defense could be: If the officer is capable of making a simple mistake such as reading and writing "25th Ave" instead of "River Rd", then how do we know that the officer didn't make a simple mistake when reading the radar/laser device and writing down the observed speed?
But, if you WERE speeding, then you do DESERVE the ticket. Did you admit guilt when you got pulled over? For the future, pay more attention, get a better detector, and slow down a little bit.
