What do I need to do to this to pass emissions?

What do I need to do to this to pass emissions? Looking at a Camaro that had the AIR and EGR removed as well as the cats and rear O2's.
The owner said he has all of it though so I could put i back on when I need to.
To pass emissions when time comes, what all will I have to put back?

You could take the car to get those things tuned out where the SES light want be on, and it also helps to have a friend that works a auto shop that could pass the visual part of the inspection.

Really? Even without the cats? That would be great! He did say the SES light is on due to that stuff being removed, but I plan on getting it tuned anyways if I get it, so I would ask the shop if they could get rid of the codes then too.
in IL there is no visual inspection so no cats is fine. you pull in, they plug up, if there are no codes being thrown you pass and your on your way. its right around $100 tune to get rid of the codes.

I've had my Jeep at emissions in the past but I've always had cats and O2s on it so I never thought twice about whether they actually looked underneath for them or not.
I have seen them hook up big almost vacuum looking tube things around peoples' exhausts some times though.. don't know what that does but I figured it had to do with having cats or not..
So who do you Chicagoland people recommend for tunes of codes as well as engine performance? This particular Camaro also has a Big Shot kit on it that the car has been set up to handle (different plugs, fuel pump, etc).. So the motor needs a good tune to get the best out of it off the bottle and on.

You can go to Straightline performance, SLP, in New Lenox. Mike is a great tuner and a helluva guy to deal with.
