Gents, I will be moving to South Eastern Wisconsin, and I was wondering what is going on out there in terms of cars. I will be living in Burlington, and spending a lot of work time in Kenosha/Racine. I will be out there for about 3 years, and would love to find some cruises/meets. Love to hear from you. I arrive in mid May.

You will be living real close to Great Lakes Dragway, they have some pretty sweet events their worth checking out.

I work in Burlington and live in Kenosha. As far as meets for late model cars there really isn't a whole lot going on. There are a lot of nice f-bodies around here and LSX based cars just not much going on as far as events,meets or car shows that cater to us. Greatlakes dragway is a great place to go if your into drag racing and they have a bunch of great events going on. I go as often as I can. I hope you enjoy your time here! And you are going to hate the winters here.

I was born and raised in Burlington, but now live in Green Bay. Good choice not living in Racine/Kenosha, Burlington is much nicer (sorry racecarr).

I grew up in the Chicago area, so the winters I am already used to. I am glad to hear about great lakes raceway. I am probably not going to be able to do anything car related till next summer (except maybe a cruise or two) because I am in the Marine Corps and am going there to be a recruiter. My time is going to be pretty slim for the first 9 months or so, but should hopefully calm down a bit after that point. I'll keep my eyes peeled for any shows or anything like that. I'll post some pictures of my car in this thread a little later so you know me if you happen to see me cruising around.
