well I am trying to get the photographer for gmhtp to do my shoot at the event but he has to get back to me at the end of the week, he told me the shots were due on May 25...

so there is that...but I saw the forecast and they are calling for rain...didn't see the percentage though...guess we will play it day to day...but yes I plan on going...

40% chance...hmm damn gas just hit 4.40 for regular...can I fly the car there or throw a rope on your rig to be towed...

yes if the track doesn't open then you'll get a full refund. Otherwise for rain checks, I'm not sure what the track offers in terms of re-schedules. I know our next rental isn't until october 2nd for the fall, not sure what rain out dates they have for us for later may, or early june if it happens. We'll have to see how it goes, for right now it's 100% on.

showing 30% chance of rain AFTER 5pm for saturday, and our rental will be well over by then.

thanks to all who came out, sunny and no rain for the entire event

Too bad I had car trouble and my shifter cable froze up, wish I could have made some passes other than just a single 3rd gear pull down the track.
