I talked to Hooters today 3/15/05 and they are reserving the front of the parking lot for us. (seem to think it will be good for business to have a bunch of nice cars out front).

The weather looks OK so far but that's subject to change. I would like to get a couple of local peoplethere about 1:00 to help block off the parking lot. It will give us an extra hour of Miler timeas well.

OK I started anew thread and added a date and place. I know some of you are on other boards. Please post there and link back to here. I will talk to Hooters and see if we can set up something more than a meet in the parking lot thing.

Hooters os blocking off space for about 20 cars. I will work with them the week of the 19th to see what else I can get.

I might make it down there as I'm going to be transfering into ISU next year. I might as well meet some fbody guys down there.

Bloomington is only about 45 min from Champaign. Not a bad drive. Hope to see you there.

 

very new to this forum but seen this on ls1.com. we have a f body club here in champaign, not to large (8 cars) but there are a couple of us that would love to get together with some other f body owners.
