I had to have put 200 miles on my car this weekend between friday and sat nite and some today, I didn't want the park the thing, I didn't drive my WRX for 3 days, even went grocery shopping and hung my mom's dry cleaning from the rollcage lol.

I can't remember the last time I did that, I don't drive this car much since I refuse to have it anywhere that she's out of my line of sight, period, car is usually out 1-2 days a week locally at most.

My et drags took a beating with all that street driving but oh well it was fun, and the new parts installed recently held up beautifully so its all good.

It was fun, I'm half tempted to take the car to work tomorrow even(did it once this summer so far since the lot is very secure)

Went to strats friday and sat nite, beat the rain home by literally 10 seconds, parked the car in the garage, closed the door and WHOOSH, big storm. Sat nite saw a pretty good race about 3:30 am then headed home, anyone else see that? Saw some red SS with black ZR1's with an ls1tech sticker on it at Strat's sat nite, anyone here?

We did swing by photos sat, that place is done man. beautiful weather and it was weak. we ate and left pretty much.

On a side note, who's going to slicks nite this thursday???? I'm thinking of coming with my crew to make some easy N/A shakedown passes and take advantage of the track prep since I need to set my suspension up again.

 

I just got my car together last week and have been driving the crap out of it this weekend. Just got home from a cruise and I had a guy in a 53 Vette tell me I had a cool car, that felt good. Jesse

 

Yeah, put quite a few miles on the Camaro today. Didn't take it out saturday, I had too many things to do that would have required leaving the car in parking lots which is a no-no for me too.

Drove it all day today though, perfect weather. I'm at 12,830 miles now. Looks like I'm gonna break 13K before winter storage comes....

 

I probably put a good 300miles on mine this weekend, Nice weather, but was about 20 miles away from where I keep my car on fri night when the rain hit, DAMN it sucks driven in the rain on et steets

I put about 600 miles on my car this weekend (including Friday and Monday). I drove to Cleveland twice, over to Toledo, up to Woodward, back to Toledo, then to MIS for the Nextel race. Got home last night then had to go back to Cleveland for work today. I'm soooo freaking tired!!!

 

i put a good 60 miles on my street car on friday, then drove it to coffee on sunday, got bored, stoped hit the linelock, smoked the et streets, lauched the bitch then went through 4th gear down NW hwy. haa funstuff.

Put about 150 miles on the car yesterday. Went to visit the parents, then went to the driving range with my pop's. Then just cruised for probably a good 3-4 hours. Weather was beautiful up here in Milwaukee. TH350/bigstall/aluminum kirkeys/prostars with slicks/skinnies gets you REALLY weird looks in the middle of the day from all the soccer moms and dads cruising to church or the mall, haha

 

lol no **** chris, then add my paint to that scenario and see what happens when you walk out of the grocery store, load the car up with food next to the dry cleaning hanging from the rollcage

 

You are just upset that my car is faster!

Yes, I cruised a little this weekend too.

 

I did the weekend cruise thing......too bad I got caught in the crazy Chi-town T-storm in an M6 car on ET Streets.

 

Nice.

I'm closer to being able to legally drive the car on the street again. Hopefully I can get everything next week and hit the roads again.

 

Mine should be back and running hopefully this weekend. I want to get some baseline runs in on the spray.

 

I am still waiting on my cylinder head....
