I've had duals on my car for a few years, and in the past I got one warning for loud and modified exhaust over on Irving going thru Woodale at like 2am.

How are the popo this year? My tendency is to try avoid certain towns like Morton Grove and Hinsdale... Any thoughts on this? My car is loud but not sick loud. I'm running dual x-piped Magnaflow mufflers dumped.

Dumped will echo off the concrete more in turn being louder, but f it run dumps its not a moving violation

no problems here........... yet!

I have found that as long as you dont drive like an azz the cops wont bother you even if you have a loud car.

haha, maybe he has rason to be paranoid,:p, i used to know somone with a fiero that woudl get pulled over every time he left his house and hassled.


tho guy was an *** and didnt much care for cops and made sure they knew it, so i guess he brought it on himself
but still, point stands.

My car through mufflers sounds like open headers. I get pulled over and then just usually get the no front plate ticket. Depends on the cop, if you get a dick cop that has a hardon then you might as well bend over. Most of the time they have been cool. Driving home at 3am is fun, you just have to know the city limits and sidestreets

Just drive the F!@#$ing car already! I have duals, never a problem. The slicks on the other hand, yes, I have been pulled over for that. Just drive it on the street and don't drive like an idiot import and you should be ok.

I drove around on Duals for a decent amount of time. Never got bothered for those, Never got bothered for slicks, tint, no front plate, or anything else either really though.

I drive around town most of the time with my dump open, mac headers going to my ory to no cats, going right out the dump, load *** f-in hell at wot, have not been pulled over by the cops yet, they give me looks. Just the mini van soccers moms yell at me

I have LT's and an X-pipe w/ dynomax bullets dumped before axle. **** is loud. haven't been stopped for it yet.

same as above for me i have LT's x-pipe and dynomax bullets. got pulled over for doing 86 mph on i-55 north and got the speeding ticket. cop looked at me asked me how old i wwas told him 19 then he said" you bought this used right?" and i said yea and he walked away haha
