I just got fired, so I'd be happy to do it (going to Hawaii in a week and need spending $$$), but I don't really use buffers.

Step 1: Vacuum car, clean interior
Step 2: Clean engine bay up
Step 3: Wash car
Step 4: Apply Zymol HD cleanse paint cleaner
Step 5: Clay bar entire car
Step 6: Couple coats of Zymol wax ($35 bucks a tub)

Something like this would cost you $80+ depending how crazy you want me to get.
The exterior will take me 6-8 hours alone, if that gives you any idea on the kind of work I do.

Sorry man, but I have been detailing for almost 20 years (now on the side). If it takes you 8 hours on the outside, I can see why you got fired!!! I can clay bar, wash, prep, high speed buff, wax, detail, dress, windows in no more than 4 hours. And as my customers will tell you, it doesnt get any better than the work I do. Also, why are you finishing your jobs after clay bar with a cleaner wax? All Zymol is cleaner wax now(contains abrasives) as far as I know. It is also overpriced. Just my $.02

I detail on the side when I run into opertunities. About the same work, cost and time as baddog. I typically do not buff unless it is real bad. Typically spider webs and swirls come out with polish or swirl remover. I don't advertise anymore since most people are willing to get a 30min job for $40 at the local scratch and swirl. People always think I had my **** repainted and cleared because of the clearity and shine of my car even though it is 4yo with 30k. Detailing is hard to please some people because each finish is different and likes different waxes. And people will want their car done and it has not seen wax in 5 years and it shows or the car is coverred in tar and sap and they complain when you ask for more money or tell them for the standard price you have to cut off some work. Maybe my standards are high, but I want the car I am doing to look like my car and so does the client but it will never happen if the car was not taken care of from the get go. I would go back to doing it if I had the right customer base all the time.

That's funny, you can see why I got fired.

I'm not a ******* detailer, man.

As far as Zymol containing abrasives:

It doesn't, so you don't know.
What is Zymöl?
Zymöl offers you two complete Automotive Enhancement Systems. The Zymöl Hand-Crafted™ and Zymöl SUV Premium™ systems, each containing natural washing, cleaning and feeding products. All Zymöl paste waxes are handcrafted from a carriage maker’s formula developed in the German town of Bischofsheim in the late 1800s. Though the original formula was based on animal products, it has been updated through research and engineering to be an entirely plant-based product today. Zymöl uses nutritive oils to replace the oils originally found in your car’s finish without the use of harsh chemicals or abrasives.

What Makes Zymöl Different?
Zymöl products are safe for all paint finishes, including new clear-coats, acrylicZymöl products are safe for all paint finishes, including new clear-coats, acrylics, urethanes and classic lacquers. Zymöl Hand-Crafted™ waxes have a Carnauba content of 37 to 61% by volume, five to ten times the Industry Standard. The Carnauba used is Brazilian No. 1 Yellow and rare No. 1 White Carnauba, the very highest grade available. This gives both greater protection and increased depth of shine compared with run-of-the-mill car care products. Zymöl waxes are an enzyme mixture until they are applied to your car. With air as a catalyst, Zymöl becomes "wax" and starts bonding to your car’s surface. Zymöl wax is very easy to apply and remove and will not leave any white residue or buildup along seams or in crevices.
If you can do all that **** to a car in 4 hours, sorry to say but your attention to detail could not possibly rival mine.

As far as Zymol being overpriced: A 4 hour wax job doesn't need wax that costs $46 a tub. Stick with turtle wax, pal.
