Default New to Peoria

Whats up. I just moved to Peoria and thought I'd say hey to the F-Body crowd. I'll be working in Pekin so some of yall might see/hear me. Here's a couple pics of the car.

Welcome. What brings you to Peoria? Not much going on these winter months, but during the spring and summer, there are usually get-togethers and shows going on all the time in the surrounding areas. Sharp looking car!

Sharp looking ride. Just as Rottweiler said...not much going on right now. Once the weather turns, there's usually plenty to do.

Welcome, there is a good group of guys around peoria/bloomington, and a good range of cars and modifications.

Steve Burger is nice enough to organize most of our get togethers; good times.

I had more fun in Peoria than anywhere else. There's a wide variety of things to do.

Boating, fishing, cruising, off roading, cool night life, lot of parks, etc

If it's still like 1999. Club Caberet is better. Most of the girls aren't as hot, but if you wait for the right one, you'll have more fun.

The I-74 construction is all done. It worked out nicely but it's a bit hard for me to get used to, having grown up with the old roads/exits. There's not as many ramps any more which is nice if you're just passing through, but if you're trying to get on the interstate from downtown, you have to kind of snake your way around to find an on-ramp.

Is the new clutch in yet?

We go to Cordova a lot, Byron some, and US41 now and then. I have not raced at Gateway in a while.

Im going to have to hit you guys up when I move back home. I love going to the track every month or so.... considering its only 10 min from my house here in NC. I thought they were going to build a drag strip somewhere near Peoria. I had a buddy that lived out near Dunlap and they were trying to get something going out ther. Just never knew what came of it.
