I work just down the street from there. I'll try to make it this summer.

I work across the street at Lakeview Parkway when I'm in town. I won't have either one of my cars, but beware the Taurus station wagon they give me

Go south on Tri-State and where it comes to a "Y" just past the Holiday Inn, take the left leg. It's the next right.

Wow, we're pretty close. That's just about a 1/4 mile from my facility.

Do you ever drive your car? Again, mine stay here but I'm not opposed to local events when I'm there. I'll be back again in a few weeks. Maybe the weather will be better, although it wasn't bad this past week.

I didn't realize there were this many local FBodies. Normally we have a ton of meets in Kenosha throughout the summer but maybe we should start having some in Gurnee as well.

I never take the Camaro to work with me. There has been so much construction of new buildings on Tri-State down by Washington Street that usually every summer I come out from work and my daily driver is covered in dirt/dust. The building I work in was just completed in July of '05. So I try to avoid that with the Camaro. Not to mention it's a 40 mile drive each way for me and I don't want to rack up the miles.

But if the weather is perfect I could bring it up there for a show or two. Usually I take a lot of Friday's off work in the summer anyway, so I could just bring it up at whatever time the meet will be.

I'd not be opposed to driving the Coupe up there, it does get 33mpg and it's only 6.5 hours from here. The Formula does 12mpg and it's 400 miles one-way, so there'd have to be a GREAT reason for me to drive it out there

I don't blame you!

If I head there directly from work I'd probably be driving my Monte SS. I usually take that one to work on nice days in the summer. It's no F-body, but it's in great condition and looks pretty sharp with the new wheels.

That Wendy's is about five mins from my house but I've never been to one of their weekly shows. It's all older cars so I don't feel my car would fit it. Sorry but it's not me.

Are all of you guys interested in participating in the WI/Il member cruises? Like Project Camaro said, we are putting together a much bigger group with all different kinds of sports cars. If you would like to be added to the disctribution list, just send me a PM with your email address. Some of you are already on the list, and a bunch of you are not. Let me know because we will be bringing the show to Gurnee

As ProjectCamaro indicated -
We're doing it agian this year but with a MUCH larger group - https://ls1tech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=630945
