We've got some pre-testing to do as well... The heads showed up yesterday, so we can now put the engine and tranny into the car. A lot of work to do, and the deadline is getting closer... If he's running an 11.50 index, he really shouldn't need much saftey equipment... just a DS loop.

hope it's slow then. lol if it runs as fast as i think it should, he can run, but we will have to slow the car down, to run.

if the car goes 11:49 or faster he will need a roll bar(not roll cage), because he is a t-top car. everything else i checked on, he will pass on.

True, but if he's running in the 11.50 index and he runs an 11.49 he will loose on a breakout anyway.

It's official. My brakes suck. Can't wait for the C6 stuff to go on next weekend. New fluid and Hawk HPS pads will help a bunch, too. Thanks to JPH for the good deal on that stuff.

Chad and Pat retuned the car with the converter locked @ WOT (3rd gear). They had to adjust the AFR due to the higher load, but they say it's bad fast. Looking forward to Muncie on the 10th. Pat said he's planning on going, too.
