Thumbs up T-56 (6 speed) For Sale - RPM Trasmissions rebuilt $1600.00

I had Rodney at RPM Transmissions rebuild my 99 Z28 6 speed tranny, all good parts, G Force main shaft. Less than 10 runs before I took out #7 piston in the engine. We're getting this car back together with a turbo 400.
B&M Ripper shifter comes with it. $1600.00 plus shipping.
260 244-4808 Thanks! Bob

Bob, did they replace the shift fork with a non-aluminum piece? Thanks!

Bob that's exactly what I'm doing, going with a th400 for next year. And rebuilding the motor or buying a forged short block. My stock short block is starting to rattle a little bit lol.

This is what it comes with, along with the stronger mainshaft. Bob

I've never liked driving an automatic on the streets, but a good automatic can't be beat for a dragstrip car. I may eventually switch over to a Powerglide, I'm not sure at this time. A Powerglide is a lot lighter, and doesn't rob nearly as much horsepower from the car. Bob

I hear ya about the M6 for street driving. I want to keep mine for when I'm ready to switch back after I'm done drag racing the car.
I had a guy wanting to trade for his complete th400 set up in the FS section.
I just don't want to part with it. And it's hard to trust getting a used tranny from someone.

I am considering going with a coan th400. They have them for 900 bucks with a core. RMVB and T brake.

What brand are you planning on using?

I'm not sure yet but I will probably go with a Vigilante spragless. Bob
