If it doesn't rain ill be there. Will some one be bringing a jack?? I want to see what the car runs on street tires and want to change over later in the night.
Adam quit being a panzy run the damn thing, if you want ill bring the trailer if your scared of your 10 bolt going, i mean your place is only 10 miles out of the way from where our shop is.

Not sure if I'm going yet, even to watch. I don't really want to beat on my car when te DA is 2500+, I already know it is going to **** me off when it is 3-4 tenths slower than normal.

I'll tell you what. Put them 4:10 gears in my car then i'll make an effort to make it to the track this year. I'm getting those wheels tomorrow for my slicks. Might have found a rear end for cheap 2. Plus getting the rest of the nitrous stuff from bnuclr next week.

Unstang, don't worry, it pissed everyone off 
Just an update for anyone who noticed/knew I was having problems night: got 'er figured out, I only pull 7 inches of vacuum at idle so the vacuum advance was giving me ridiculous amounts of timing at the top. So no more vacuum advance, and I got the mechanical advance sorted so now I'm back to tuning the carb. Hopefully I'll be dipping back into the 7's next weekend!
355, i don't think i ever caught your real name, but I just wanted to know it was a pleasure meeting/talking with you, same to you knsths! It's always nice to put a face with the name.

Brian did you ever get your car broke down into the 7's?? keep in mind here in a month when it cools down, even that 8.10 pass will be in the 7's.

lol - yeah it was good to see some guys on here too!
I agree the air sucked along with the traction on the line but i can't complain to bad i ran a 8.33 w/ a 1.91 60' with my "New" 8 miles on them street tires lol - i had fun as always, but i can't wait until i get some ET Streets

you're welcome on the persuasion for the ET Streets 
On a side note, after some more tinkering, whenever I whack the throttle the power steering belt squeals Time to hit it with the spray!
