Sorry guys, busy weekend and didnt get to the internet very much. Too bad a I missed out on the racing in Ames. Would have enjoyed seeing a good race or 2. Sounds like some fun in DM though. I really need to meet up with you guys, especially everyone in Ames and near by in DM area, because it would be just that easy. Keep meaning to find time, just too much going on lately. I need to check this more often, cuz I missed out on the racing.

Theres a couple TA's and a black GTO that floats around up here. Theres this gorgous black LS1 TA that i see sometimes, a GTO with faded paint, a few LT1 birds, a couple of camaros. thats about it.

Mine has been up a few times, but not as much as I would like. I want to get it here for a week here sometime before the season goes to ****....

Besides my car and the guys here, Ive seen a black TA, black GTO, red GTO, and a black TA (just seen him once tho). Did see a silver WS6 a couple of months ago, but havent seen him for awhlie

Kick ***, did not knwo you even got one! LS6 intake or did you go the FAST route? I went with LS6, increases accross the power band are better than the fast. The fast might flow a little more up top, but for the msot part I saw the LS6 being the better choice. Seen some articles too showing the same information. Let me know when this might be going down. And DONT tell me this weekend.....

Got the LS6 intake. Scored a new one on ebay for $300. Not sure when it will get installed either. I will definitely need some help though.

Cool man, thanks for the offer. Not sure when and where though. Wouldn't need to be done this fall, but it would be nice if it was . Then I wouldn't have to worry about doing it in the spring.

IVe done a few of em. Took mine out, but when the new one went in the motor was out of the car. Helped a couple buddies out with theirs. Not to bad, hands get cut up from the motor being so far back, but other than a little blood should be easy! Your car is red, so no big deal

Now just make sure it is a day where I can come and help (get some wrenching in-meet some people). I want my hands dirty, and even bloody, I dont care!!ALl in the name of HP

No, its a 99' C5, look at his site. He is running ZO6 speedline wheels, not chrome. He doesn't drive it much. Its fun to drive though I will forward him the link to here to let him know he is being mentioned

Is it here in ames or DSM - if its in DSM i know of a C5 thats pretty darn quick. Lets put it this way, he his stock shortblock can barely hold all the power.

Hale is in Ames. The other C5 I think you are thinking of in Des Moines is Mike, basically same setup but just slightly less power.
