Im not to good with auto's, better with manuals. I would help, but i less experiance with autos then manuals. I would imagine that you would just put it on the input shaft of the tranny before the flexplate.

I would help but I have no clue what I am doing. I could be there for an extra hand or I could sit there and drink beer while watching, haha. I am probably going to be getting some PS LT's soon and will need some help with those since I have never done anything like it before. Let me know if you need an extra mechanically challenged hand.

Just like doing a stick but easier. Unbolt it from the flywheel slid e the conveter back into the pump. remove the trans. the converter just slips off and you slide on the newyou will have to turn the new until it drops into its place.

So its kinda like replacing a new clutch then? having to line everything up and turn the input untill it goes. I can pull a manual tranny in a matter of hours, if its similar then the auto shouldnt take to much longer.

If your talking still in Iowa ill go anywhere. Hell ill go up to 500 miles if we get a really good meet going on. Drove to chicago on my 2 week leave to see my friends. 310 miles in 2 1/2 hours.......hehehehe
