The car scene is weak around the des moines area! Its depressing me really bad. Every weekend in MN there are always ppl out at car shows or the local hangout where everyone hangs out friday and saturday nights.
Like to the point of me quitting my job down here and moving back to MN!

Well the track didn't go as planned. First pass in the car ever ended in a 7.58 at 100mph with a 1.69 60ft. Lost traction about 20 feet out till half track after letting off 3-4 times. 2nd pass I found out my front brake caliper was leaking getting on my back tires causing me to spin most the track.
Next time out I'm hoping for 6.8-6.9s on 3 pounds of boost.
Cant wait to turn it up to 10psi or so. Should be a solid low 6 or faster car.

yeah dito on the Eddy trip Friday night..... my car won't hook anymore after suspension changes but it did like the bigger 150 N20 shot 
- so i'm going back to old suspension setup to see if traction comes back.
Yep we're going to WS6 open house too, we are taking the kid along in the Vette, should be a good trip to jail considering there are only 2 seats, you think rachet straps from the roll bar to a car seat is legal????? lol

Tuesday bike & car night. Both weeks it has been on has been a huge turn out, tomorrow will be good.

I want to see everyone that posts in this thread out at the Fair next Tuesday! Please bring your $5 cover charge in pennies though....I want to see a huge *** traffic jam at every gate. Greedy ******! (You get a coupon for $5 of food or drink with your entry fee...) I put an ad on Clist to help them out.

Yea this tuesday was hot. I'll be at the next one hopefully with a couple friends. Never realized it was such a big turnout.
