someone drug water down the track and the slicks got loose on the big end.

I am hoping to get a copy of the passes that I made at the track to see what the car looked like.

follow that link to see some pics of the car.

everyone will be in the dark until I pull out the pics of it when I buy it. I haven't made up my mind. I am going to take a year and look for a clean car that I like and can see myself driving for the next 5 years.

Oh ben sorry for your loss, dude. Hey at least you got your ten second run though. So I heard your buying a terminator.

I would just go find a '68 camaro and swap all your running gear into it.

Well went to the track yesterday and got a 13.4 best.... but untuned on ice skate sumitumos. Went and saw chad today and got the car tuned and the car def runs way better. Didnt get to really put it to the test but will next tuesday at the street legals if anyone is down to go?

Sorry to hear about the car purdueranger, I hate to see that. What are you doing with the car? Doesnt sound like your planning on fixing it with the talk about a new car? Part out?

A guy called me monday and said he wanted to check the car out. he gave me 2 stacks for a down payment and then showed up last night with some more money and took the car home with him. The insurance company would have totaled it out and I didn't want to have to deal with them about getting my money back for the mods on the car and also having to deal with trying to get it back into perfect condition. I am using the first 1/2 of the money to pay off what little debt I have and then hopefully this winter find a perfect project car.

Out of curiosity how would you go about claiming on insurance? I always just assumed if I hit a wall at the track Id just be f'd and the insurance wouldn't cover anything... Would they actually cover that? Good luck with the future project car!

i saw a straight, clean 3rd gen in north vernon yesterday. it's a blue firebird. you know you want to..

sorry to hear about the car. i do hope you escape the 4th gen disease with the purchase of another vehicle. i hope to have my car on the road by next summer. i have a TON of parts to put on it. one junk project at a time, i suppose. i have 5 vehicles at my house and only 2 run. one of the running ones is a company vehicle haha.

The next vehicle won't be chevy powered unless it already had a turbo setup on it. It's going to be American powered for sure, I just don't know what platform I want to get in.
