Sooooo.... the 4l60 in my car is In need of some refreshing before I stall it. Any good local shops, or should I just bite the bullet and get a FLT level 4?

IDK personally. I'm curious as well

Would anyone be interested in a y-pipe with a stainless steel magnaflow exhaust with the bullet tips?

Why do you need a level 4? plus i dont see the point in trying to do an m6 swap either unless you just want the car for a fun daily. Auto is much more consistant, I would just build the trans. you have. I'm not sure whats wrong with urs? but i know a common problem is the 3-4 clutches going bad.

you know thats one of the things I don't like about living here is the lack of shops.... I couldn't tell you off the top of my head any performance shops around here...maybe I have been out of the loop

If it were me I would just buy a built one and send the core back when your done...

Default Nebraska LS2 408

I may have seen some of you F-bodys around town...I'm in the Omaha/Elkhorn area driving a 408ci LS2 Z71 truck around ...built it in my garage..the mods are:

FAST 92/92
AFR 225s
MSD coils
236/242 cam, 109 ICL
Eagle crank, forged Wiseco's (11:1 SCR)
42lb inj
OBX headers, true dual exhaust
ported MAF
elect fan(s)
K&R Air intake
FLT Lvl5 4l60E
LSD Eaton
3.73 gears
trifecta tune

....wouldn't mind transplanting it into a Fbody someday (and free up about 2000lbs on the drivetrain!) to see what it can do at the track...making 525hp right now...

Yeah I'm about 90% sure it is the 3-4 clutch bands. A stick would be more fun, but I love dead launching constantly off a dead start. It'll probably get a build. If I do indeed get the torquer II or III I'm curious if the rebuild would hold up.

Not anytime soon unfortunately.

I troll the N2O forum since all of these pros on the Honda forums don't know ****. I wouldn't trust them to fill up my gas tank.

Schwank. What setup would the duals be? I heard that moroso spiral flows sound like sex on a hit of lsd. If I was looking for a Y pipe, I'd snag yours in a heartbeat.

I'm sure there's someone out there looking for a good catback out there. Like I said, I'd snag your Y in a heartbeat if I had some long tubes.
