The choices of the poll should be '$0.01 to $1,000' and '$1,001 to way too much'. I had my work only withold 7% of my income (even though I'm in the 15% tax bracket) and I still overpaid by $650. Any money you get back in a refund is an interest free loan you give the government. It's money that could have been sitting in your high yield money market making 4% interest.
but it is nice to get a check too
hopefully wifey will let me buy headers

i assume i will get my usual 400-500 back... Yes!! im going to buy so many parts with my rebate i can get a ...... Well not **** to get excited about with that amount. But my gf who makes about the same as i do will get over 5 grand cause she has a kid. Seems fair to me....

Ive been claiming married filing seperatly all year. However when I filed I did so married filing joint with 2 dependents. I changed that **** though, I would much rather just have the higher paycheck all year then get $7k at the end. Ill be happy with $2k back a year from now on. Plus Illinois military doesnt pay state taxes!!
