I would do a SBC, not Fuel injected probably....since I cant easily fit a LS1.
TH400 or glide, 9 inch, lighten it, etc. Depends, May just buy it, fix litle stuff, drive it and sell it to some weirdo who likes LT1 cars
It sure sounds better than a LS1 car, I will give it that!

For those that don't really know SDB, it's already obvious what he would do. He will build the tranny, and the motor to take a large shot of nitrous and it will probably be a single digit 1/4 mile car when he is done.
But since it is SDB, I wouldn't also be suprized if he is just messing with everyone.
I agree the LT1's sound better. I love the sound of my Z above any LS1 car I have ever heard. But the LS1 is much easier to make fast. For the right price, SDB may have something that he could make fast for less than the price of an LS1, but I will be suprized if he does get one instead of an LSX car. Either way, I am glad to see him finally looking at cars and getting back in the game again.

After enough spray, I think the LTX car would be just as fast for less money. But if you don't care about the money really, I say boost it!

Maybe the guy should finish it before trying to sell it. Like maybe put in a new heater core, finish off the wiring so that the gauges are working properly. Just my o2.

Most guys have pewter, silver, and black (at least the guys that hang out with us mostly). A more rare color would be blue, white, or one of the more rare colors like hugger orange, or that light electric blue.
