Well, I have the main line ran, a bracket for the solenoids made and, the full throttle switch mounted. Other than that, no lol. I keep looking at all the wires and directions and get discouraged. I just like to drink beer and look at it. If anyone would like to take a crack at it they are more than welcome lol.
Darn, I was hoping you could help me with mine.....

I have put in a few kits and if you need some help let me know.
I also think we need to set a date for the South Bend guys to come down. I don't care if some people think the races were not fair you win some you lose some. This way we can get some cars there that will be better races like John's TY vs Starfire.

I may call you if your game with helping me out.

Now, what'd you do to retune your brakes after you made these changes? What was your factory F/R ratio, and what did you do to retain the effectiveness of your rear brakes.
I'm not trying to be an ******* (well, somewhat not), and maybe you did all these numbers; most people don't, and most people assume that bigger brakes means OMGWTFBBQ I STOP BETTER! which simply isn't the case.
Stock brakes will stop most any stock car in the shortest distance possible for the vehicle on the first stop. Any brake that can lock the wheel is capable of doing that (I'm being simplistic here, but it's essentially true). Better brakes come in their improved pedal modulation, and heat tolerance. Without carefully preserving balance, you will destroy your stopping distance, period. Each set of wheels can only do x amount of work, and you need each tire to be able to do it's maximum, consistently.
It doesn't really matter if you believe me or not, your agreement isn't necessary for me to be correct. Go look up this stuff if you think I'm pulling it out of my ***. Even better, we can go test who's brake concepts work better.
Also, just curious, how much does that car weigh? I'm right around 2900 with fuel + me in it on mine, I'd assume yours weighs about the same, though with much poorer weight balance (I'm 50/50 F/R with fuel in it).
Perhaps we should get back to arguing about going fast in a straight line, don't want to confuse everybody with this stopping/turning discussion.

Set of 17" Wheels Needed
Hello,
I just bought some 275/40/17 M/T drag radials from JPH and now I need some wheels to put these sticky tires on.
Anyone got 2 17 x 9 or 17 x 9.5 wheels they want to sell? They don't have to be perfect, but I don't want trashed wheels either. Perhaps someone has original SS, TA or ZR1 replicas for sale. Please PM me with what you have for wheels and a price.
Thank you and take care.
