Talked to them (Phil and Scott) about it at work today. They said they'd be more than willing to visually inspect them for ya and usually they would magnaflux the headers, but since they're stainless, thats a no go... And if need be and they were to pressure test them it'd cost right around $100 because we'd have to custom make the plates to seal them up

For your next trick.....I vote for a built 454 LSX short block, LS7 heads and intake, and about a .650 lift cam with 250-260 duration on a 114 for the bottle. THAT would be stout!

Sorry for the HiJack,
I am having a prob with the wifes 06 Equinox. When coming up to a stop the abs motor is kicking in at around 2 or 3 mph. I can't detect any signs of lockup before the abs kicks in. I pulled the wheels and checked the shoes and pads. Nothing out of the ordinary. All wheels are freewheeling easily. It appears that both drums are adjusted properly although i backed them off just a tad. I do not have any abs codes registered. Any suggestions?

Yeah I was pretty pissed myself when Scott told me that price. My 308 SS manifold, dump tube, and down pipe are all non-magnetic, IDK about 321 SS. Hold a magnet to it and see if it sticks or not.

I almost turned down tonight's OT so I could swing by Hall's @ 11:30. I just hate turning down OT when it's "here today, gone tomorrow". We just don't know how long we'll be making trucks. They are telling us we'll have a steady supply of OT for the next 4-6 weeks because of July shutdown and also because we'll need to cover the people that took the attrition program (they leave July 1). It'll be a while until they can get transfers from other plants in to take their places.

I'll make an appearance, I suppose.
NINJA EDIIIT!: Ben, no I never got the car dyno'd. I have to leave for class at 4.45 and we don't have time to tune it until after the day. Hopefully sometime the week after next.
