I still like the CTS4, and I'd bet a 30k mile car is around that price, right?

Sounds like a good reason to move to some Bosch or Denso fuel pumps. No more pump failures.

edit: Here ya go:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NEW-F...1%7C240%3A1318

More flow than a Walbro, and not made by 9 year olds in China.

Glad it's something simple. Oh, and for what it's worth, we killed a LOT Of mosquitoes out on the south side of 469. I think the county should reimburse Massey for his efforts.

Massey...here is a link to lots of fuel system choices...

http://www.nastyperformance.com/FuelSystems.html

Even though I HATE the twin pump idea, I think it may be the cheapest thing to do. BUT read through these options and have it done right. I would definatley replace both pumps at this point.

Here is a link to a quick/cheap way to do twin pumps in tank

Scott, we've had a lot of problems recently with the braided line that comes with these fuel systems. Fuel smell leeches through the braided hose, it has been so bad that we have had to replace all of the braided line with one that has an inner teflon line on several customers cars. We've also been seeing the braided lines inner rubber lining breaking down and clogging the fuel filters.
The cheapest and lightest method may be to go to alum fuel line rated at 250 psi, Russell sells it. Its approx $40.00 for a roll of it, you'd still need fittings and some flexible line at the ends of it. I've been thinking of going this way but I haven't tried it out yet. Bob
