I always test my thermostats in a pan of boiling water before trying to install them. Sometimes the rubber around the opening will cause it to stick shut.

[QUOTE=The Beast;13033348]

Also, has anyone had Pancea or ProStrip ceramic coat your headers?

Dropped some parts over there last Friday. Set of LTH's were lying on the floor after being coated...looked pretty good from what I could tell looking over the counter.

Looking to trade my Eibach pro kit (less than 5k miles on them) for Eibach drag launches or stock spring plus $150. I would prefer stock springs with less than 75k miles. Springs are off of my 98 Camaro. Let me know.

Had one offer from Nate, however I didn't take it at the time, thinking I had a good shot at another. So, the search goes on and frustration builds.

I keep hearing about this "Joe" guy on the radio. Oddly, they keep putting his commercials right by the ones for strip clubs? Coincidence?

Joes name is all over the radio! I never heard any strip club commercials, but did hear one about the scared and pregnant one right before his.

Congrats Joe for being FAMOUS!

You raise a valid point. Joe is obviously the brains behind that whole operation over there, and it's no secret that Shawn lacks the mental capacity to think up such a devious plan...Hmmm... Better kick them both in the *****, just to make sure

I don't recommend kicking Joe in the *****, "He'll see you in the streets" eventually... And for Shawn.. Does he have *****... Just wondering.

Drew get a job.

Update on my 3800 dilema. After T-shooting that POS for about a week, i finally found the issue. Put this on your weird **** to look for list. Cracked bakeolite on the cam sensor allowed oil to penetrate the electrical terminals and was causing an excessive amount of resistance in the plug.

Symptoms - would run about 8 or ten minutes then the timing would get all phucked up and would die. If you tried to keep the car running it would hammer hard from preignition/ timing out of whack. DIS w/ magnavox coil assembly. (no distributor) No codes for cam sensor in the computer.

Guys,

I have tried working the corner and I had no takers. I think I wasn't showing enough moob cleavage...or maybe my shirt was too long. I don't know, but I never thought the demand for an overweight male hooker could be so low.

^ You're probably just not working the right corners. Talk to Joe, he knows where you should be trying and is very familiar with them.

That's just f'in weird. Glad to hear it's resolved though, sorry I couldn't be more help on it.

Anyone going to be out and about tonight? If all goes well I may have the FC out. Most likely... not.
