I know he does good work but I've never had any luck getting in touch with him. I know others who have complained about the same thing.
Maybe he's busy, I don't know. But this was my experience.
On a side note Josh Bommer just did my cam tune. It's a 234/236 643/598 112 and it drives damn near like stock. I am very pleased with his work and he is reasonably priced.

there are 2 cars locally tuned by McCord that have both inexplicably broken, both due to #7 cylinder failure and a 3rd that just magically stopped idling one day. BUT i've seen/heard a LOT of success stories from Keith too. his biggest drawback is getting ahold of him. he bounces back and forth from KC to STL from what i understand.
FWIW Ed Wright in Tulsa, OK tuned my car. it was well worth every penny and the drive there and back. granted, you're a bit further away, but it's worth looking into. his site is www.fastchip.com
