Hey guys, sick of moving these damn cats and stock manifolds around. where should I take them around northwest IN to get top dollar?

 

Look in the "parts wanted" section. There are at least 2 guys in there that regularly buy new/used stock cats for most cars. I sold my cats for around 140. Shipping was only like $8 or so.

 

im in the process of moving and dont want the shipping hassle. any local scrap shops paying well for cats?

If you have a sawz-all cut the excess pipe off them. Then go to the post office... stick em in a $10 flat rate box and wait for your check just to easy

 

yeah if you dont want to spend 30 minutes to make over $100 your crazy

 

take them to mi ranchito ,how many cats you have now? 20 or 30? im up for sum fresh tacos..............

 

HAHA, tacos do sound good. Im gonna take them to a scrap yard around here and see what they will give me. maybe I can recycle the ol` lady and rugrat for a cam package DOH!!!!!

back on topic... i would also like to know where to take or ship cats for $$$$

If any of you guys are selling your cats for recycling can I have the flange that you cut off that would have bolted to the manifold? Please pm me

there are several on this board that do that. I shipped my stock cats to this guy..

he paypaled me the money in the same day he got them. I just cut the flanges off the cats so they could fit in a small box and left my Paypal Address in the box.
