SCAMMED by Halbert PERFORMANCE AND NEED HELP IN KY Hello everyone.
I have been F**ked by Shannon Halbert from Halbert PERFORMANCE and so have 2 other people i have found this week ( So Far http://www.camaroz28.com/forums/show...=499339&page=2) There was an AD on racingjunk for a lt1 procharger listed June 22 and i paid for it paypal, after the money cleared 6/30 i never heard from this guy again. I started seaching the web to find out some info and found on Camaroz28.com that he also scammed Lloyd Elliot $100 for an intake and his web designer for $1500. Now i need to find this guy because im sure i will never see the money from paypal.
I found him, his shop & his ex wife on myspace See below.

His new company is HP Graphics - 859-486-9408 but the number is disconnected.
Any info on this dirt bag will be helpful i will even throw you some $ on good info.
PLEASE HELP ME OUT. Also i hope this post helps stop this guy from screwing anyone else out there, as you can see on his myspace he is saving up for a crotch rocket, guess this is how he is getting the money.

Names & emails - Jasonsfasttoys racing junk name / Jason Jeffery name from emails / jasonjeffery2007@yahoo.com racing junk email / halbertperfpaypal@yahoo.com paypal payment email / Halbert Shan paypal name of seller.

Wow, that really sucks man. I wish you the best of luck. You seem to have a lot of information and have done your research. Have you tried contacting a local prosecutor in his area? You probably wont get far but it's a start.

I just found his personnel myspace today ill give him until monday to make this right, then i will go see a lawyer, i hope its a mistake because the kid or guy i was talking to from the emails said he wrecked his car and it was in this shop, but then poof this guy is the one who got the money so in my eyes he is responsible for getting me my stuff or giving me the money back.
