Look some up on any music downloading service, there are a bunch out there... I had a bunch recorded of my own and put them out on frostwire....just type whatever branch you are in with cadences in the title and some will come up.
there are some songs you can break down also, but it just depends who you run with if they will fly or not.... some old guys couldn't hack bad fish by sublime when I threw it out there one time....haha

Yeah it is kind of crazy how PC the army can be sometimes. But on the other hand I hate cadences or doing group PT for that matter. It is usally a waste of time. Glad I dont have to do that much anymore.

well its a firing battery so we never really have and females... but i guess we just got one in thats going to work in our supply.
as for getting yelled at or offending someone... well i guess they shouldnt have told me to call cadence.

When your looking stuff up, use the word "Jodies" instead of Cadence. The reason is in all honesty the only Cadence is Hut, Toop, Threep, Fourp. Everything else is a jodie. Most clothing sales stores belonging to AAFES carries C.D. full of marching and running Jodies. I use to play them when FLT's would ask for music, it usually shut them up for a while when they would be working in their personal living area's.

Yeah my theory is that if you have enough air in your lungs to be singing than you arnt running hard enough. If I have to get up that early in the mourning than I want to get some benefit from it.
