Default Combat Medic

My brother is testing to get in the Army and really wanting to be a combat medic/paratrooper. What score is he needing for that? He keeps freezing on the dang ASVAB. Just practice tests taken. Any help thanks/direction.

Probably needs around a 100 GT and an ST score near that too. Pretty much he needs to do roughly average on the ASVAB test.

"freezing"? if he "freezes" up on the asvab how will he perform medical duties on his fellow soldiers under fire?

I don't want this to turn into a debate of any sort not why I posted. With that said he will do well. At the moment since he has his mind set; he's really anxious to get his dream started. His practice ASVAB he scored high 80's at least now he knows what to shoot for. His recruiter is more interested in me than helping him. He kept asking him 'where's your sister at?

Thanks. He just doesn't want to waste anymore time. He wants to get this rolling so he can be out with the next group going to basic. Which I believe is in June.

Tell the recruiter to get it done now or go find a different recruiter. Took me 2 weeks from first talking to the recruiter to the time I left for basic.

Are you serious???? My brother has been the recruiter for about a month! This guy is a loser. I'm going to tell my brother to loose him.

Yeah I saw him first on Halloween 10/31, I shipped out 11/15. Sometimes it takes a while if there are certain circumstances that need to be looked at.

army manning levels are very high right now, i wouldn't be surprised if he had to wait a while to get in.

and my initial post was laced with a fine layer of sarcasm/humor, i should have added a smiley for effect.
