We had a guy break his arm in basic. They put him in "special training"...guys who,for various reasons,couldn't be with the rest of the trainees but would probably get through eventually.

ya where were you doing osut and for what MOS? When I went through 99% of the people had shin splints and stress fractures. We would go to the aid station get some motrin and drive on.

I figured he was in basic too. I broke my femur and it was never even discussed of me being discharged, unless i didn't heal in two years. Once you're trained, they have to much time and money invested in you to boot you...

Good old 319th. My flight was a good one. We graduated 50 people. No one got recycled but we did have two people leave.

I was with the 320th, went to school at Sheppard (which despite what every one said..I kind of liked it. I hung out with a pack of LS1'ers every weekend) now im at Lakenheath, UK where its 53 degrees at night in august.
