I can only get my CAC to work on one out of every five or so computers in my flight room. Getting on Facebook is the least of my worries. Getting COMM to come over and fix a computer BEFORE they close the ticket every ******* time is the trick.

Whatever jack *** made all this stuff go through Randolf is an *** hole. And whoever closes out work tickets before any work has even been done (happened to use about ten times now) is a bigger *** hole.

That would be like me signing off a jet as OK with 0 over temps before I even preflighted it.

when they get a ticket they ask for a call back number if nobody answers they close the ticket

makes perfect sense, if we can pretend like they aren't there maybe they actually don't need us to do our job.

We give call back numbers and everything. The tickets are submitted correctly. Usually we have to run it up to a DO to get **** done.
