Thank you for your service. I have been in for a little over four years, and it hasn't been bad.

I reccomend the west coast.

I was at VX-31 before (China Lake, CA), I am at NAS Atlanta(Marietta, GA) now, and I am transferring to HSC-85 (San Diego, CA)in December. Can't wait to get back to the west-pac.

i fyou go to camp johnson theres a group of f-bodies that hang out at jersery mikes accross from navy fed on western. here is a link to their web site www.rwhp.us
are you going to try and go green side or blue side? first tour i'd recommend green side. but then again i'm bias to the green side being a Marine and all. congrats on grad and good luck with school.

Right now nobody gets to pick where they go. You get what you get pretty much.

Yeah that is true I got to hang out with those guy's. That was the only cool thing I got to do out there, oh except for the crazy cab fairs I had to pay to go somewhere

I recently graduated from DCA (Damage Control Assistant) School in San Diego. It's a nice area for West Coast Guys. I'm a CWO3 Naval Engineer, but was once where you are now. Best of luck!
