im not defending autos.. im not defending manuals.. im not defending 323s nor 273s....
ANY given STOCK ls1 can beat ANY given STOCK ls1.. that is my point... an ls1 is an ls1 is an ls1... yes in a perfect world some should walk away very easily... but in reality that doesnt happen, sometimes its turned around..
in drag racing.. its not very often that a equally modded auto loses to a equally modded manual (this being of course modded meaning cam only bolt on cars)
ive never been beat my a manual........... my auto is better!

..ran that the 2nd day i had it 2000 WS6 A4 3.23's pre LS1 intake and all...and ha i SMASHED stock and bolt on srt-4s when i was stock....i proboly have over 50-60 kills and the first 10-15 when i was stock were mostly dumdumdumdumdum's

I think I've been ripped off. Some dude sold me an all titanium LS1 that idles at 4k. It had lego bricks for motormounts so it literally plugged in to my kmember. Anyway, I took it out on I-85 for a test run, and just as I was approaching 22,000 rpms (redline) in overdrive, my speedo pegged at 325. I was like wtf...this thing should be WAY faster for the 200 bucks that I have in the motor. I pulled the motor and it had a stamp on the side that said "built by Battletoads Inc." Has anyone heard of this company?..
