Bad ***, is about all I can say. The 93-95 rx7
has got to be my favorite looking car. I would kill
to throw my ls1 in a 95 rx7.

Cool vid.

I have two buddies here in Jacksonville that have put LS1's in their RX-7's. They haul ***. Such an awesome motor like the LS1 in such a light car makes for an awesome combo.

One of the guys is spraying his. He went low 12's and trapped at 127 on just a 50 shot. Unbeleivable. Of course, he has MAJOR traction issues. I can't even imagine what that thing would do on slicks.

The other guy is hard for me to beat. Even while I'm spraying, and his motor is stock except for a mild TR cam. I couldn't beleive how fast these things can be.

Once again, cool vid.

One word, SICK, that is just amazing, 6.71 in the 1/8 is a low 10 in the ¼. That’s crazy, I would much rather have that over a Supra or Vette.

What happened to the guy that was building that monster LT1 for a RX-7, like a big dollar LT1, had the shaft mounted rockers and monoblade throttle body? He posted picks of it a couple years ago I guess on CamaroZ28.com.

Thanks for the kind words guys. If you guys want to more about the car, check out the company site at www.HinsonSuperCars.com. Base turnkey builds can be done for est. $20K to a really nice car with new paint around $25K. Previous pricing includes car, motor, installation, new cooling system, fuel system, hydraulics, wiring harness, and tuning.

I believe he is still working on the car. He will have a very nice setup when he is finished.

G2 LS1 - The car was spraying a small ~110 shot. It is an older NOS kit. When it is upgraded, the shot size will increase. An 1/8th mile pass On motor is estimated at 7.2 seconds. The new tire and suspension changes haven't been tested on motor yet.

Robby - Yes, the car is in Ttown most of the time. Our shop is in Huntsville, so it is there often as well. It is a daily driven low 10sec car on a 110 shot of juice. It is a 11.0 car on motor with stock heads and factory manifolds. Custom long tube headers are being developed for these cars.

Thanks guys.

it makes you think, who the first person will be to go to the dark side and put a 422 stroker in a fox body mustang coupe.

That was a scary moment. I let my good friend make a pass, and it got away from him a little bit...... He hasn't driven at the track since.
