The only tool you need to work on a LS1.
a big *** hammer.
It came in handy when I did the !HEATERCORE and plastic shroud mod with the engine still in the car.
But look at all that room! I can actually touch the rear spark plug with my fingers now.

Lol, as you probably know the elevation is 5300+ at the abq dragway, the car went 12.27@113 with a 1.74 60ft. That was full weight and street tires, and I can't drive for ****. I'll be running in the No Bull 11.50 class this year, the car should be in the 11.50-11.60@115-116 range on motor with all the weight reduction and driver mod.

It's part of the HVAC System, heater core. I removed the entire black box in the engine bay to clean up the engine bay, give myself more room and delete 18 or so pounds off the front of the car.

Same here. 1st time sucks because the last coil pack bracket bolt on the pass side takes forever to take out. But I just left that last bold off and now it takes about 1 min to take the coil packs off.
