lol sorry man, but a magazine is all about visual appeal......You can't expect a car without a hood unless its a insane beast expect to be on the magazine. Get a hood, clean the car up, get a few mods and you will be good

When you write and check to a shop or slide your debit/credit card is it considered building it yourself? I paid a lump sum price to have this car. I obviously like all the parts on it and I am happy with it or else I wouldn't have bought it. I may have not been involved every step of the way but I didn't notice that was a requirement in GM high tech's post at the start of this thread.

Ill give more props to the guys that build a car themselves, and I think most others will too, but this is kind of a silly statement. If guys want to pay for the work that's their right, doesnt really detract from the car itself. I do my work myself when I can, but know my limits and will pay for work if I dont have the time or the skills to do it.
