Default My new toy!! 03 Merc CL600

Ok, so I'm not really a Benz guy...but when I found out how much power this thing makes, I had to have it! 493hp@5000 and 580lbs@1800-3500 courtesy of a TT V12...

More pictures will be coming as the car gets a bath and some visual mods (smoked tails, side markers, and mirror turn signals) and those wheels have to go too!!!

You had better hope it never needs work that you can't do, or you'll mortgage your wife and kids to pay for it. Great cars otherwise.

Nice choice, that engine is definitely smooth! I agree, mbworld.org i was on there a lot when i was wanting a c32 amg but i decided against it all becuase for a toy, its just too expensive.

Yea, I'm on mbworld and benzworld (same s/n as here) and there is a lot of good info there. But there is nothing like the tech info you can find here. And...yea, some of those guys take the little things WAY too seriously.

On a diff note, I don't know if I can lower my car like you did Shaun, I have ABC susp. BUT, if I'm wrong please let me know!

Pics added...although not much of the engine is visible! Thanks for the kind words guys, hope this car does me well and doesn't break the bank!

And BTW, Shaun, I looked and you're right, the ABC can be lowered for cheap by moving the potentiometers (sp?) via links! Thanks for the tip!
