Default Very quick vid 1/24/10 - V10 M5, Viper, LSX SS, 408 SS, bolt on GTO,TT 70mm Silverado

Camera quality isn't great, but just really a vid for information purposes. Basically guy in a M5 singled me out at a spot wanting to run. He first ran the Silverado, twin 70mm turbo truck at 9.5psi, unfortunately the truck shut down way before the camera point, but he beat the M5 by 4 cars. Guy in the M5 wanted to go for a higher MPH ending with me since he peaks up top, went to 145 and he was not coming back. Next 2 races were for fun. Not the best quality or long by any stretch, but not bad for a spur of the moment.

Funny part is the guy was telling me the my car wasn't stock etc., don't think he was happy.

You have no idea. It's killing me! Hopefully the bottle will do me over until October/Novemberish and then I can start the tear down.

A little off topic sorry for the hijack, but with the v-10 being forged from the factory, how much boost will it be able to handle?

they aren't forged and they can handle a pretty good amount of boost if the tune is correct

Safely good to about 800-850RWHP. They've been pushed to 1000RWHP on GOOD tunes/setups.

Yea, Clayton is right (minus 1 year) 96-99 GTS' are forged from the factory. Heffner and other sells kits up to 1000HP for the factory motor of those years, if a 00-02 GTS wants that kit they require a motor build.

Twin 61's woudl be awesome! Maybe a lil small for 10 cylinders so I may go twin 70's or 76's.

I knew they weren't all forged but i saw the year your car was made in your sig... Thats pretty cool that they can handle that much on factory rotating assembly.
