What's a good, free (or cheap) pic host?

What's a good, free (or cheap) pic host? I have tried ofoto.com and when I use my pictures for sigs or even just to attach to messages on boards the pics never show up, just the red X thing. Sometimes they show up for like 10 minutes but then they will go red X again, so I know I am posting them correctly. Let me know a good free pic hosting site or a really cheap one that will come through on message boards please.
