clutch was slipping in 4th as you can hear. new clutch along with working out traction problems to get the 60' down the car should go low 9's.

correct carbon hood and trunk. in person the color is alot more appealing than in the video. these little 2.0L's can make some serious power

I know it's carbon fiber, but that doesn't mean they can't paint it. I can see getting carbon fiber parts for weight reduction like they did, but I think it looks lame when it's unpainted.

I also happen to own a honda. I was simply pointing out that it is still a honda no matter how fast it is. And your dig would've made more sense if you had likened my car to a bastard child, because my car lives, unlike an abortion baby.

Impressive it did it without the wheelie/traction bars...BUT I still think these cars are a one trick pony. Listen to the burnout (not the launch, the warming of the tires
), BANG BANG BANG BOGG! ZERO power off boost and below 6k is negligible...So, you burn the clutch.
IMO it really is amazing that those little motors can make the power they do, (I own a GSX1100F F/I sandrail 260 rwhp, 740 lbs wet, but its still not a honda
) but the cars attract DOUCHES who have tarnished the name, distracting from there capabilities. Not to say your buddy is a douche.
There have been some LS cars (namely the 9 sec street FC that was built for like $7300) hitting serious #'s on a budget, but I don't see many in the 10's built for under say, 7g's. There are a few local street ricers in deep elevens and a hatch just ran a 10.63 (granted it's a zip tied, gutted, vibrating, MOM's hand-me-down, dash shaking, PIECE) built for $4800 including the car. I understand why, but hondas (never capitalize this) still appear to be the absolute cheapest junkyard turbo car to go faster than 13's. Other than maybe a mustang (ford powered of coarse)
