Now officially faster than the Viper ACR. They upped the power close to 550hp and is now lighter as well.

it is still a very nice automatic car. But that means it sucks. Period.
ugly and fast with no clutch pedal... **** a lot of cars fit in that.
Let me know when they make it with a proper manual shift.

It's an impressive time for what it's worth. I don't view Nurburgring as that great of a benchmark by itself, but that's me. To get a good representation of a car's ability, I prefer to see it tested on several tracks with different attributes and preferably by an independent driver. I will wait for C&D to test it at VIR and Motortrend/Road&Track to test it around Willow Springs as well.
autos win races. the fastest cars in the world right now happen to be autos...
lets see if dodge ever takes a ACR back out there, they had no practice andnot enough time last time out and the new ACR has different gear ratios that should make a huge difference.

I can appreciate the GTR for what it is and I'm sure it's a blast to drive. I'm just not a fan of the styling.
