Revolution Automotive - 10 Second 2011 GT M6 N/A
I thought about titling this thread "THIS STOCK, NATURALLY ASPIRATED 'STANG WILL HAND ANY LSX CAR ITS...", but I held myself back, LOL. (if you don't get the joke, just browse the other threads from today...)
Still waiting on the in-car video, should be pretty good.
Here's the video link.
Here's the info, quoted from Modular Fords...
"Well on the final run of the day We finally got the 60 foots under 1.5 and it was enough to get the coveted 10 sec timeslip all motor!!
Here is the video, I will scan the timeslip and the post in car video asap.

Congrats to them, I encourage these recent horsepower wars to go on as aggressively,
and as long as possible before the bean counters and special-interest new-age negative-nancy's ruin it for us all.
Cap N Trade
Then COMNBYU and I will have some fast ****!.....eventually.

This is my buddys car, he loves N/A for some reason and certainly drives the **** out of it. Ive been trying to talk him into spray or some kind of F.I so hopefully now thats hes reached his goal hell do it.
Just a little backround hes bought a brand new 09.....traded in for brand new 10.......traded in for a brand new 11. Hes done about the same mods to each with impressive results so i wish whoever bought those cars used a lot of luck lol.

I dont get why he would go through the trouble of pulling the heads to port them and not put in a set of cams? It would have definitely shown what the 5.0 can do with a H/C set-up, something i have yet to see.

grasshopper, livernois upped the compression 1 point with ported heads. i bet the stock long runner intake, lowered velocity, and cams too small are the culprit. cams and the frpp intake will fix that. he has more power he can get soon. it will all be up high. he may lose some more torque to get it.

I agree the article says up to 60hp, and the vid says 35hp. Aside from the cool lope would it really be worth it?

A cam swap for 50rwhp? Hell yeah that's worth it. And I can only guess as to what the cams would do with ported heads and a ported FRPP intake manifold. 500rwhp N/A with these cars is not gonna be that difficult at all, I'm guessing. Wasn't there a guy a few months ago that claimed they would never get close to 500rwhp...?
