Its completely believable. Just making an observation on the "bolt on" comment, thats all.
Lol, the "drag pack" consisted of unbolting the factory exahaust, making a CAI with spare **** around the garage, & wheels/tires I already had. So yes technically it didnt cost me a dime. I suppose other people might have had to purchase the wheels/tires.
And FWIW, the car 60'd the same on stock radials as it did with that "drag pack".

I think what they're saying is that yes heads are bolted on but not considered just a bolt on because your getting into the internals of the engine..you can't just lift off a set of heads and bolt on another

A few people have been in high 10s with cam only! Im sure i could with that race weight. Ive been 11.3@120 with bolt on cam only car 3500lbs.
BTW and intake IS a bolt on mod if u upgrade! lol Guess my ls6 intake isnt a bolt on lmao
