Default 1400 hp Twin Turbo LSX '65 Chevelle - Nelson Racing Engines

Another "beast-master" by NRE.

This one has a 388" LSX motor with twin turbos, claimed 1000 hp on 91 pump and 1400hp on race gas.

Highlights: paddle shifted, SUPER sleeper, transmission tuning. (to be honest, I don't know much about auto transmissions... is the 'transmission tuning' that Tom Nelson talks about a unique thing, or is this widely available?)

Either way, enjoy!

Cool car but I dont like how the rear of the car is chopped (wheel wells).

As always Nelson builds amazing cars. I've always wondered what he builds / drives for himself though?

It's a Chevelle Malibu SS that's why he keeps saying that. That car is something else, it's got tons of power and drives like it's stock.

then your probably going to like the 1967 pontiac GTO that they are turning into a mid engined, all wheel drive, 2000hp monster.

Nelson racing engines is freaking insane, and they are right down the street from where i live

thats way too much power for a street car. Stock seats/belts?, no roll cage, Pretty stupid idea IMO. I doubt the owner will be able to handle that car.
