Default The Greatest C6 Burnout EVER!

Ok, maybe thats a bit of an exageration but I think this is a pretty epic burnout in a C6 Vette with multiple video angles!

I wonder how much crap was thrown on the red vette that was behind him...especially on that last one.

In hindsight, it was a bad idea to leave it there. But its more of a metaphore for the C6 leaving the C5 in its dust!

It looks like at least two. If you look at the first one there is a camera mounted to the roof. Then in another one later it lasted longer and there was no camera sitting on the roof. T-top was off.

There was two separate burnouts!

When I saw all the smoke I was surprised the fire department didn't show up too! The only good news is that the storage facility is kinda tucked back away from the main roads so they probably wouldn't know where to check anyways!

I used to do that with my c6 until I checked on a price for set of rear tires.

Actually pretty creative. It gives you a new perspective on what we've all been doing a long time

Yeah, I just thought the shots turned out really cool from on top of the car and in front of the rear tire. Its not a view you typically see.

And yes, tires are expensive but these were toasted already so why not finish them off?

Awesome smoke show! Do you have a line-lock on that car? Just curious...it didn't look like you hit the brakes.

Good looking. I only went through the video once and skipped around a bit. Looked like one but I was wrong. Very cool camera angles and what not.

You have to love the Go Pro, I assuming thats what you were using for the rear wheel view. A friend of mine has a Go Pro that we used at the last T&T day and we mounted it in just about the same location you did and it made for a real cool video of me walking away from a car we thought would have been faster than mine. LOL

Actually, it was not a Go Pro. We have a suction cup camera mount with a Canon DV camera. I have used the Go Pro though and they work great! That would be cool to see that video of it mounted in front of the tire at the track. Do you have a link to the vid?
