Checkout these pix my mom snapped earlier today at the local Ford Dealer..... Mach 1 got OWNED!!:o

Thats nothing, At the local ford dealer where I live they had a 01 Black SS for one day. Then some salesman was driving someone around in it and flipped it going 90 in a 40MPH zone..Just thought id share! NO MORE SS

Now why doesn't this surprise me
Drove by the dealer this morning and found that they had put the same car up on the rotary display!!
Pulled in, acted like I was interested and was approached by 2 salesman.....
One of them complimented me on my T/A and the other asked if I wanted to "upgrade" to faster car (pointing at the Mach 1 with a $h!t eatin grin on his face)....
I laughed and told him he should be pointing at a Cobra or one of the overpriced Roush Stage III's they had collecting dust on the front lot
He just stood there with a stupid look on his face....
Just for conversation, I asked what made the Mach 1's so special and they gave me the rundown....
Different wheels, decals, hood, engine, yadda, yadda, yadda....
(This is where the conversation gets good)
Me: Is Orange the only color available?
Salesman#1: "No, there's also Blue and Yellow, but Orange is the one to get because there will only be a limited number made"
Me: "Reeeally?"
Salesman#2: "Yeah, that's why this one's on display while the others are on the lot"
Me: "Ahh, ok....So do you have any other Orange ones on the lot that I could check out?" (can't get too close to the rotating display stand)
Salesman#1: "Nope, this is the only one we have in Competition Orange, that's why it's up there"
Me: "Ahh..... So this is the one that fell off the stand the other day, huh?"
Salesman#1: (looks at Salesman#2)
Salesman#2: (looks at Salesman#1)
Salesman#1: "Well, yeah, we did have a problem getting it on the stand, but there wasn't any damage"
Me: "Ahh, ok.... (waits for rear end to swing around).... So why is that tailpipe crooked?" (pointing at the right tail pipe which was pushed over to the left)....
Salesman#1: "Where?" (with a dumbass look on his face)
Me: "Right there, don't you see where it's off center compared to the other side?"
Salesman#1: "Hmm, I don't see anything wrong..... You see anything wrong with that pipe?" (nudging Salesman#2)
(Salesman#1's cell phone rings and he walks off)
Salesman#2: (waits for the rear end to swing around again) "Looks fine to me.... Maybe it's cause yer lookin at it while it's movin?"
Me: "Yeah, could be the bright color throwing me off too"
(Then I spotted a crack on the bottom of the left rocker panel)
Me: "What about that crack over there?"
Salesman#2 "Where?"
Me: "In the middle of the Rocker Panel on the bottom...... there" (points right at it)
Salesman#2: "Hmm, I don't remember seeing that before.....let me see if I can find the person that put it up there" (starts walking away)
Me: "Ya'mean you guys didn't fire him??" (giggling like a little schoolgirl)
Salesman#2: "hehe" (goes back into the showroom)
At that point, I was just sick of the BS and went back to my shop to grab a camera....

Pathetic....
