Default A short video of my Cam only 5.3 1994 camaro

a quick rundown of the car:

5.3LSX
218/224 .550/.550 114lsa
tsp pushrods
ls6 valvesprings
Victor Jr. (going to try a 1" open spacer on top soon as well)
28.8# injectors
Accell 4150 TB
1 3/4" longtubes
14" collector extension turn downs
3500 Art Carr stall
Powerglide with shift kit

i think i have like maybe 6k in the entire car including paint and body work. the car was a green V6 when i got ahold of it. then i painted it in my garage and swapped in the 5.3 etc.

i havent had a chance to scale it yet. but i plan on getting it on them soon. if i had to guess i would say maybe 3200ish (i could be way off lol)

I really like this car. Sounds sick for a small cam...any plans to go forced induction? Nice work!!

There was a plan for a turbo in the beginning but now I think its going to get backhalfed and get a plate kit

Backhalfed? Just for weight reduction?

Looks nice and very basic. Looks like it will be a blast to drive down the 1/4.

If you have ran it already, what times have you ran?

Thanks guys I plan on going to a little bigger cam on a much tighter lsa here in the future. Something like a 224/234 on a 108

Nice Me and a buddy are working on an almost an identical swap (LT1 car and going with fuel injection)

no not really, its mainly a track car now (still street legal though). im sure i will have some sooner or later though. when i do i will be sure to post them.

Thanks, it really wasnt a hard swap to do at all. the only thing im having trouble with is my tach. which shouldnt be a hard fix when i get my tuner to come over and play with it.

Thanks, I used to be running a Th350 but when i cracked my tail housing i decided to try a powerglide instead since almost everything bolts right up.
