Default Let's see some custom y-pipes!

Thinking about ditching the pacesetter y-pipe merge and going with a Flowmaster or Magnaflow merge instead. Trying to get ideas if it's better to modify the rest of the y-pipe itself or just have new pipe fabbed from the header to the merge. If you have any pictures of your custom setups I'd love to take a look to get an idea of how to do it.

Some people can't run duals because they're too loud. I stuck with a ypipe that way I could be quiet around cops with the flip of a switch....

In for pics

I'd like duals but I hear ground clearance is a real issue with them. Looking under the car I don't really see how to make it possible to run a full system unless it was something like the Kooks exhaust, and I'm not about to shell out $1400 for some damn pipe and mufflers. I did dumps before on my previous car and it got old fast.

3" off each header to a quality merge opening up to a single 4" tip.

trust me man, i have way better clearance with the tsp duals then i did with my tsp ory, they are loud and i get that, but if your not worried about loud go duals,or maybe have some duals made,if you run them out the back and use somekind of magnaflow mufflers i dont see it beeing crazy loud, just an idea man, like i said y pipes just are not for me lol,not only that i felt a pretty decent gain with the duals

I wouldn't mind running duals out the back, if it's loud behind me I'm not too concerned lol. I thought the majority of people who ran duals however just dump them under the car to save the trouble of trying to snake both pipes around the rear suspension, which in my experience makes for terrible drone on the highway.
