Texas Speed & Performance Shop Tour! We moved into our new 24,600 sq. ft. facility in December 2011, and we are very proud of what we have to offer our customers! The overwhelming majority of our customers will never be able to visit our facility, so we would like to provide everyone with a virtual tour. Our new, state-of-the-art facility houses our cylinder head and engine machine shop, sales area and showroom, installation facility, parts warehouse, shipping/receiving department, engine dyno, and chassis dyno. We sell our products to customers throughout the United States and all over the world, and we want our customers to see where their work is performed and where their parts come from! You will be hard-pressed to find a nicer facility that offers all of our services under one roof! You will need to click on the link to see all 27 photos. Thanks for the kind words guys! We're very proud, and for those that did visit our last facility, the new facility is over 3.5 times larger! We also have room to grow behind us since we were able to purchase over 2 acres of land. We have had great success, thanks to our customers, and we have worked hard to ramp everything up to grow in a constructive way. We keep our shop very clean, not only to keep it looking nice but also to keep it well organized! We build a LOT of engines and cylinder heads, and we also ship a ton of product every day. It requires organization to keep everything running efficiently. We also implemented a new inventory software when we moved into the new building that helps improve our efficiencies. This helps us avoid running out of popular items, avoids incorrect shipments, allows our salesmen to see what's in stock for our customers, etc. This allows us to grow properly and maintain full control of our operation. This benefits all of our customers, and that is what makes us most proud!
